Honestly, not worth the price if you are a nightly user

they aren't very comfortable for nightly use - they also get quite dirty very fast as opposed to other brands I use. I purchase 3 different pairs of Alpine Earplugs and disappointed with all.

They work, but...

I found them really uncomfortable as a side sleeper. They just pressed into my ear, especially the green stem part. In addition I didn't realise that they are essentially disposable after three months which isn't great, and whilst I had them in I just got the constant feeling and sound of my ears being full of water which made sleep harder, not easier. I couldn't hear my wife snoring, but I didn't sleep any better so a swing and a miss I'm afraid. Maybe the Sleep Deep would be better, but I'm afraid to waste another 15 quid to find out. These would probably be OK for sleeping on a train or plane where your ear isn't pressed into a pillow, or if you're a front/back sleeper.

Really good

These earplugs are the best you can get. You can sleep on both sides as they won't fall out, you won't have any earpain and they reduce noise of everything till a level you could sleep through it and your ear still breaths. Offcourse they don't block everything. If you want that you should buy something like clai that you put in your ears.

Advice

Do earplugs offer complete silence?

Sometimes, you just need peace, especially when working or sleeping with noisy neighbors. Filter earplugs are perfect for office use, while Alpine SleepDeep earplugs are great for sleeping next to a snoring partner.
