Refund policy

Most Alpine products have a seal. While the seal ensures product hygiene, the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows products to be returned even if opened, provided they are handled with care and returned with original packaging and accessories. Any concerns regarding product quality should be directed to customer service. Below are the terms and conditions for returning orders.


Wrong or Defective Product

Orders are compiled with the greatest possible care. However, if a product is delivered incorrectly or is defective, it should be returned following instructions from customer service. A photo of the defective item must be provided when contacting customer service. Alpine will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product. Customers may choose between a full refund via the original payment method, a replacement order, or store credit for a future order.


Incorrectly Ordered Product

Products that were ordered incorrectly by the purchaser, including orders with incorrectly entered addresses, are considered the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns are permitted, however all return shipping costs must be covered by the purchaser. Refunds will only include the purchase price of the product; original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Dissatisfaction / 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Products that do not meet expectations due to fit, comfort, insufficient noise reduction, or difficulty of use are eligible under the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Returns may be requested within 100 days of delivery. Customers are encouraged to use the product for at least 10 days before initiating a return request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers may choose between a full refund via the original payment method or store credit for a future order. Returns will not be accepted if there is evidence of product misuse or if the request is submitted after 100 days (unless legally required).

Right of Withdrawal

The agreement may be dissolved as follows:
30-day period: For wrong or defective items delivered by Alpine (standard consumer law).
100-day period: For dissatisfaction or fit issues under the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Products must be handled with care during this period. Only the packaging necessary to assess the product should be opened. Returns must include all accessories and original packaging and be sent according to instructions from Alpine Nederland B.V.

Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Defective /wrong items: Replacement shipping is covered by Alpine.

All other returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the returned product is received.


Fair Use Policy

To ensure the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee remains fair: Products should be used for at least 10 days before requesting a return or refund. Claims may be denied if patterns indicate misuse, such as repeated refund requests for the same product type. The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a product type. The guarantee applies to individual customers; bulk or repeat orders require separate arrangements.
Alpine reserves the right to reject return or refund requests in cases of misuse and to exclude future orders from the satisfaction guarantee.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with Dutch and EU consumer law (minimum 14-day cooling-off period). Customers must be clearly informed about the return process and their rights.
