Start with size M — it comes pre-fitted. It should feel snug and comfortable. If it feels too loose, switch to size L. Simply pull off the M-tip and press the L-tip into place.
Step 2: Insert the earplug.
Make sure the earplug is dry before putting it in. Pull your ear up with one hand to open the ear canal, then gently push the earplug in until it feels snug.
Step 3: Secure the wing.
Slightly rotate the earplug until the wing sits comfortably in the outer part of your ear.
Step 4: How to remove.
Gently pull your earlobe downward to loosen the seal. Then slowly wiggle the earplug out of your ear. Avoid pulling it straight out, as this can create suction.
Step 5: Easy storage.
Store the earplugs in the storage case with holes after use, so they can air dry naturally.
