Can I return my product/order?

We operate a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. However, due to strict hygiene precautions, we only accept returns of earplugs where the packaging remains unopened. If the packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept the return. Please please contact our customer support for further assistance or clarification on our return policies.

 

What should I do if my order is incorrect, incomplete, or defective?

We take utmost care in assembling our products. If you find something missing or defective in the delivered product, please contact our customer support for further assistance and resolution.

 

Experience fitting or attenuation problems?

Our earplugs are universal products, designed based on the mould of an average ear. The thermoplastic material allows them to adapt easily to the ear canal, offering a fit that suits most and effectively reduces noise. Please follow the included instructions carefully to ensure a correct fit. If problems persist, contact customer support for advice.

 

Difficulties inserting earplugs ior do they tend to fall out?

You might have a relatively smaller ear canal. We recommend using the Alpine Pluggies Kids in such cases, designed to fit smaller ear canals comfortably.

 

Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products

You have the right to dissolve the agreement without providing reasons within fourteen days of receipt of the product. During this period, handle the product and its packaging with care, unpacking it only to assess whether you wish to keep it. If exercising your right of withdrawal, return the product with all accessories and in its original state and packaging to Alpine's UK warehouse, following the provided instructions. Please contact our customer support for these instructions.

 

Costs in case of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days, we will reimburse the amount paid for the product and the possible shipment costs paid with your order. The shipping costs from your order are only refunded if the complete order is returned. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The reimbursement will be processed as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days after the return shipment or withdrawal, using the original payment method.

 

Exclusion of right to withdraw

Alpine Nederland B.V. may exclude the right of withdrawal if clearly specified in the offer and communicated in due time prior to the agreement's conclusion.
